A cache containing weapons and police uniforms was found in Karakol, as reported by the press service of the State Committee for National Security (GKNB).
According to law enforcement agencies, the following items were seized in Pristan-Przhevalsk: 1 sawed-off shotgun (12 gauge, with cartridges), 1 combat pistol "PM" (with eight cartridges), 1 homemade combat revolver (with two cartridges), 1 traumatic pistol (with three cartridges), as well as corresponding ammunition and uniforms of law enforcement officers (including 5 cartridges for smoothbore weapons of 12 gauge and 26 cartridges for the "PM" pistol).
According to operatives, this cache belonged to members of the liquidated organized crime group of K. Asanbek, who had previously used firearms in their criminal activities.
