As a result of the audit, violations in financial discipline were identified, as well as discrepancies with the requirements of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in the areas of accounting, reporting, archival management, and internal control.
The total amount of identified financial violations amounted to 8 million 880 thousand 600 soms. During the audit process, 414 thousand 500 soms were returned to the city budget.
The audit materials have been sent to the Bishkek prosecutor's office for further legal analysis.
The Bishkek city hall continues its work to strengthen internal control, as well as to prevent risks and manifestations of corruption in subordinate and district institutions and municipal enterprises.
