Members of "Yakyin-Inkar" in the Ton District have renounced radical views.

As reported by representatives of the Internal Affairs Department of the Issyk-Kul region, on February 12, 2026, as a result of consistent preventive work by the staff of the Service for Countering Extremism and Illegal Migration of the Ton District Internal Affairs Department, two activists of this religious extremist group, whose activities are banned in the Kyrgyz Republic, officially left its ranks.

Citizens I.B. and Sh.A., both born in 1986, acknowledged that their radical ideas were erroneous and promised to strictly adhere to the laws of the country.

In addition, the police conducted a series of operational and preventive measures aimed at monitoring compliance with migration legislation. As a result of the raids, the following violations were recorded:

- Under Article 431 (Violation of the established procedure for the stay of foreign citizens) of the Code of Offenses, 30 protocols were drawn up against foreign citizens.

- In relation to citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, 3 protocols were drawn up under Article 430 (Violation of the rules for the reception of foreign citizens) of the Code of Offenses.

The total amount of fines imposed for these offenses amounted to 162,500 soms.
