In the Kara-Suu district of the Osh region, a 4-hectare plot of land has been returned to the state. This plot was previously privately owned and, according to the State Committee for National Security (GKNB), belonged to Kadyir Dosonov, known by the alias Dzhengo, who is an active member of an organized crime group.
As a result of investigative actions, the plot was returned to the state free of charge.
The investigation revealed that there were violations of land legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic during its registration. Although the plot is classified as agricultural land, it was actually used for other purposes, as confirmed by data from the State Enterprise "Kyrgyzgiprozem."
