This plot has an area of 4 hectares and is located in the Kara-Suu district of the Osh region. During the investigation, it was established that the regulations of land legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic were violated during its registration.
According to the GKNB, this plot should be classified as agricultural land; however, it was actually used for other purposes, as confirmed by data from the State Enterprise "Kyrgyzgiprozem".
As a result of the conducted investigative and operational actions, the plot was returned to state ownership free of charge.
