What are the consequences for the parents?
A criminal case was initiated following an incident that occurred on February 16, when a conflict arose between 69-year-old teacher B. K. and 13-year-old student M. K., during which the teacher became a victim of physical violence. Information about the incident was reported to the Internal Affairs Department of the Pervomaisky District, and an investigative operational group was dispatched to the scene.
As a result, the teacher filed a complaint accusing the student of assault, while the teenager sought medical assistance.
This incident has been registered under Article 280 "Hooliganism" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. Criminal proceedings have been initiated against the young man, and investigative actions are ongoing.
