On February 16, in the afternoon, the police received information about a conflict between a 69-year-old instructor of pre-conscription training, B.K., and a high school student, M.K., born in 2010. An investigative team was dispatched to the scene, and the teacher filed a complaint, accusing the student of assault. In response, the teenager was taken to the hospital.
Additionally, the incident was recorded on video, which appeared on social media. The footage shows a group of students outside, with one of them pushing the teacher to the ground.
This case has been classified under Article 280 ("Hooliganism") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The teenager has been held criminally liable.
The investigation is ongoing.
