Thanks to the vigilance of a city resident, the suspect was apprehended
An incident involving the detention of a "stash" person occurred in the capital of Kyrgyzstan. This was reported by the Main Department of Internal Affairs.
According to law enforcement, on February 2, one of the residents of a housing area called service 102 and reported suspicious items that he believed could be drugs buried in a "stash".
A forensic investigative group from the Lenin District Department of Internal Affairs arrived at the scene. During the inspection, a stash was indeed found near the gates of the house, and the resident provided video footage capturing the actions of the "stash" person.
As a result, a criminal case was initiated under Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During the investigation, police officers detained a 19-year-old young man with the initials A.B. His phone contained correspondence in Telegram with a certain Azamat, who sent him the coordinates of drug storage locations.
The suspect confessed that he had been distributing psychotropic substances for a month. He indicated the locations where the stashes were made, and as a result, more than 40 packages were found.
Examination confirmed that the total amount of the discovered psychotropic substance is about 120 grams.
The detainee has been placed in a temporary detention facility, and the investigation continues.
