The investigation established that the detainee was leaving packages with psychotropic substances in various locations around the city.
On February 2, the police in Bishkek received information from residents of a new building about the discovery of a suspicious object. This message was disseminated by the press service of the capital's police department.
The investigative operational group immediately went to the scene. During the inspection, a package wrapped in duct tape was found along the fence. The informant noted that he was able to capture the moment when an unidentified person left this object.
In connection with this incident, a criminal case was initiated under Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning the illegal production of drugs and psychotropic substances for the purpose of sale.
As a result of operational-search activities, a citizen named A.B., born in 2004, was detained, who is suspected of being involved in the incident.
Upon checking the detainee's mobile phone, a conversation was found in the Telegram messenger with a user named "Azamat," containing coordinates of the places where he hid psychotropic substances, as well as information about their quantity.
The suspect admitted that over the past month he had been distributing psychotropic substances through caches.
Based on his testimony, police officers seized packages with narcotic substances from various locations. In total, more than 40 packages were found, with a total weight of approximately 120 grams.
At the moment, the suspect has been placed in a temporary detention facility.
