According to law enforcement data, on November 2, 2025, B. B. approached the police. He reported that on November 1, an unfamiliar woman named J. approached him at one of the major markets in the capital. Having gained his trust, she took women's clothing for sale worth 564,000 soms but did not return the money and disappeared.
As a result of operational activities, the suspect was identified and detained, who turned out to be Y. J., born in 1996. She was taken to the investigative department and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Police Department in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
