According to information from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, employees of the Patrol Service Department of the capital's Main Internal Affairs Directorate discovered a citizen, K. A., driving a Toyota Crown with foreign registration, which had fake license plates from Kyrgyzstan. This vehicle was placed in a specialized impound lot.
After this, K. A. attempted to retrieve his car without punishment by offering money to the inspectors of the Patrol Service, as noted by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
As a result of operational actions conducted by the Internal Investigations Service, K. A. was caught red-handed at the moment of handing over the bribe.
Currently, the investigation into this case is ongoing.
