In Bishkek, employees of the UPSM identified a citizen named K.A. who was driving a Toyota Crown registered abroad while using fake license plates issued in Kyrgyzstan.
After this violation was discovered, the vehicle was placed in a specialized impound lot.
Later, in an attempt to avoid responsibility, citizen K.A. tried to bribe the UPSM officers to get his car back.
Employees of the Internal Investigations Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic caught him red-handed while he was handing a bribe to a police officer, after which he was handed over to the investigative authorities.
Currently, necessary investigative measures are being carried out in this case.
