According to information from the Municipal Inspection, when the inspector asked the man to present his documents, he refused and did not admit his guilt.
“After that, the driver ignored the inspector's demands and attempted to leave the scene, driving on the pedestrian sidewalk. The inspector stood in front of the car to prevent its movement; however, the violator did not stop, resulting in him running over the inspector and dragging him on the hood,” the inspection reported.
Information about the incident was relayed to the duty unit of the Municipal Inspection, after which a group from the internal security service arrived at the scene, and the police were called.
Law enforcement authorities detained the man and brought him to the GOM-5 of the Pervomaisky district. The entire incident was recorded, and the materials were forwarded for further investigation.
The Main Internal Affairs Directorate of Bishkek noted that a protocol was drawn up against citizen K.N., born in 1970, under Article 126 (Minor Hooliganism) of the Code of Offenses. The man was placed in a temporary detention cell.
