N. A. was detained and taken to the investigative department of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Lenin District of Bishkek. A criminal case has been initiated against him under Article 280, concerning hooliganism.
The suspect has been placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of Bishkek. Additionally, a forensic medical examination has been appointed to assess the extent of harm caused to the health of the police officer. The investigation is ongoing.
As clarified by the police, in the case of fraud, the officers of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Lenin District were supposed to deliver N. A. for procedural actions as per the investigative order. In the process of fulfilling their official duties, N. A. resisted, which led to the application of measures in accordance with the law.
