Drunk Driver in Bishkek "Gave a Ride" on the Hood to a Policeman

Law enforcement officers detained a car hooligan who turned out to be without documents.
In the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, a driver was detained who, while in a state of intoxication, drove with a police officer on the hood of his car. This was reported by the Patrol Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
According to law enforcement agencies, the incident occurred on January 19, 2026, around 6:00 PM. The driver of the Toyota Estima was operating the vehicle without a driver's license and was in a state of alcohol intoxication.
When inspectors from the Patrol Service of Bishkek demanded that he stop, the man did not comply and drove more than 50 meters with one of the officers on the hood.
This case was registered in the automated information system (AIS) of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Lenin District of Bishkek.
The detained individual was identified as T. I., born in 1986. A protocol was drawn up against him under Article 126 (Petty Hooliganism) of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic, and he was placed in a temporary detention cell of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Lenin District.
