It became known that the incident was recorded as a result of monitoring social networks, where a video of the event appeared. It was established that the driver was a 35-year-old citizen named A.A.B.
This information was registered in the log of the Internal Affairs Department of the Sverdlovsk District of Bishkek, and a preliminary investigation is currently underway.
During operational activities, UPSM officers identified the driver and brought him to the police station. Protocols were drawn up against him for violating traffic rules.
Under Article 126 ("Minor Hooliganism") of the Code of Offenses, this citizen was placed in a temporary detention cell of the Internal Affairs Department of the Sverdlovsk District.
