It became known that citizen R.U. reported to the police about an unknown individual who posted an advertisement for renting an apartment on the "Lalafo" platform on February 8, 2026. He transferred 12,000 soms as a deposit through the payment system "Bionex," after which contact with the landlord was lost.
Based on this incident, a criminal case was initiated under Article 209 (Fraud) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. During operational activities, citizen S.Ch., born in 1987, was identified and detained. He is currently in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Department of Bishkek.
