During operational-search activities in Bishkek, a citizen identified as L.S.V., born in 1971, was detained. Law enforcement agencies in Kazakhstan suspect him of creating an organized criminal group, fraud, and large-scale embezzlement.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the amount of damage in this case is 183.6 million tenge of Kazakhstan.
Another foreigner, K.D.M., born in 1980, was also detained in Cholpon-Ata, located in the Issyk-Kul region, who is wanted for large-scale fraud.
As law enforcement agencies have determined, this citizen used a passport of a Kyrgyz citizen issued under a different name. The legality of obtaining this document is currently being verified.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs also reported that further investigative actions are being conducted.
