On March 7, 2026, a woman named B.A. approached the Alamedin district police department, requesting action against a citizen A., involved in an incident that occurred in her home in the village of Kara-Zhyjach. According to her statement, around 00:30 that same day, this citizen inflicted bodily harm on her father, B.B., born in 1965.
The fact of the incident was recorded, and an investigation began, during which it was revealed that a quarrel had occurred between I.A. (born in 1964) and B.B. (born in 1965). Both men were under the influence of alcohol and were consuming alcoholic beverages, which led to the conflict.
During the quarrel, I.A., unable to control his emotions, struck B.B. with his hands and a stick. Despite the serious injuries, the suspect pushed the victim down the steps into the yard, causing him to fall and lose consciousness. I.A., without providing first aid to B.B., left the crime scene.
Due to I.A.'s actions, B.B. sustained severe injuries and is currently receiving treatment at the 4th City Clinical Hospital.
In connection with the incident, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 130 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, which pertains to causing serious harm to health.
As a result of operational search activities, police officers identified I.A. and brought him to the police station. The suspect was detained in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and placed in a temporary detention facility.
