Kuvanychbek Kongantieff, who previously held the position of a deputy in the Jogorku Kenesh, has been detained by the employees of the State Committee for National Security (SCNS). He is accused of corrupt activities and illegal enrichment.
It has become known that the detainee is currently in the temporary detention facility of the SCNS.
Recently, a video from anonymous authors appeared on the internet, revealing alleged corruption schemes related to the transfer of municipal lands into private ownership. The video claims that Kongantieff may have been involved in these schemes.
Additionally, a segment dedicated to the property of Kuvanychbek Kongantieff was released on the YouTube channel "Sayasat KG." This video reports that 30 plots of land are registered in his mother's name, and his close relatives own numerous companies.
