According to information provided by the Batken region police department, a 15-year-old teenager living in the Batken district has been detained. Over the course of one night, the police received four complaints about thefts. One of the victims was a 71-year-old local resident who reported that, in his absence, an intruder entered his home through a window, stealing a "Redmi 5" mobile phone and a bicycle.
Additionally, a 74-year-old citizen stated that a thief broke into his house and stole about 20,000 soms from his piggy bank, as well as a "Redmi A1" phone.
A 27-year-old owner of a "Kia K7" reported that 50,000 soms, his driver's license, passport, and bank cards were stolen from his car parked at the regional hospital.
Furthermore, a 55-year-old local resident mentioned that an unknown person broke the rear window of his "Honda CR-V3" near the "Chynar-Bak" mosque and stole a "Redmi 10" mobile phone.
Criminal cases have been initiated for all reported incidents in accordance with Article 205 ("Theft") of the Criminal Code. As a result of operational activities, the criminal investigation department was able to identify and detain the suspect — a 15-year-old teenager named A.A.
Currently, the detainee is at the Batken police department, where further investigative actions are being conducted. Law enforcement agencies are investigating the reasons that prompted the teenager to commit these crimes.
