“We are with the investigator of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate for particularly important cases”
Human rights activist Tolekan Ismailova reported her detention for questioning through her social media.
She stated that she is currently with investigator Erjan Ramatov Nurlanovich of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate, who deals with particularly important cases. According to her, she was planning to participate in a peaceful rally against illegal decisions at the Pervomaisky Akimat.
According to her information, she was forcibly taken by three lieutenant colonels, which she believes is an attempt to obstruct her human rights activities.
So far, law enforcement agencies have not provided official comments on this case.
