On the same day, employees of this department brought in a citizen named G.D., born in 1980, for further investigation.
As a result of the conducted check, the materials of the case were sent to the Public Security Service of the Sverdlovsk district's Internal Affairs Department. A protocol for petty hooliganism was drawn up against G.D. in accordance with Article 126 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic, after which he was placed in a temporary detention cell.
A linguistic examination was also appointed for a more detailed study of what was said.
