According to their information, on January 13, 2026, a citizen identified as I.A. approached the Alamedin District Department of Internal Affairs requesting action against S.K. This individual, having gained the trust of I.A. under the pretext of providing legal assistance, promised to help obtain a land plot of 82 hectares in the Uzun-Kyr rural administration of the Issyk-Ata district. Additionally, he was involved in processing documents for 200 hectares of unused land in the forestry. However, after receiving $27,000 from the applicant, the suspect ceased communication.
In connection with this fact, the Issyk-Ata District Department of Internal Affairs initiated a criminal case under Article 209 (fraud) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
On March 18, as a result of operational-search activities, police officers were able to identify the suspect. He turned out to be a 40-year-old citizen S.K., who was detained in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and placed in a temporary detention facility.
