The investigation established that in August 2025, he, posing as a supplier of electrical cable, deceitfully obtained 1 million 893 thousand 360 soms from the victim, after which he disappeared with the money.
A criminal case has been initiated in this regard under Article 209 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic (fraud).
