Detained were H. Sh., a deputy of the Dobo-Korgon village council, and his trusted person S. Sh. They are suspected of organizing an underground gambling establishment in the village of Zhar-Kyshtak. The casino operated without the necessary permits and without paying taxes.
As a result of the search, 11 computers used for accessing the internet casino were seized, as well as 400,000 soms and other items used for organizing gambling.

Based on the collected evidence, H. Sh. and S. Sh. were charged under Article 219 "Illegal organization of gambling activities," and on March 19, the court of Osh city sent them to the GKNB KR detention center.
