According to their testimonies, the driver of the "BMW X7" was unable to maintain control of the vehicle on the winding road, which led to the car leaving the roadway and falling into a ditch.
As a result of the accident, the driver was hospitalized in serious condition.
According to the press service of the Road Traffic Safety Department of the Chui Regional Department of Internal Affairs, the incident occurred on January 10 at around 5:00 PM. The driver of the "BMW X7," T. uulu M., born in 1990, lost control while driving on the Bishkek—Chon-Kurchak highway at the third serpentine and went off the roadway, falling into a ravine.
According to the City Clinical Hospital No. 3, as a result of the accident, his son, T. B. M., born in 2018, died.
At the moment, the driver is in the intensive care unit of the Chui Regional Hospital in critical condition with a diagnosis of open traumatic brain injury; he is not regaining consciousness.
