The incident occurred on the Osh—Sary-Tash—Irkeshtam highway.
According to data provided by the Traffic Safety Department (TSD) of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Osh region, the incident took place on January 11.
“The vehicle, which was transporting construction materials and moving from China to Osh, caught fire for unknown reasons. Fortunately, no one was injured as a result of the incident. Half of the cargo was saved. Relevant services arrived at the scene and carried out all necessary actions. The causes of the fire are currently being investigated,” representatives of the TSD report.
