The agency stated that this citizen posted materials on social media that could be considered as inciting interethnic hostility. At the same time, Z. D. A. claimed that his actions were committed under the influence of alcohol and promised that he would not repeat such actions in the future.

Despite the citizen's assurances, the investigative authorities of GKNB initiated an examination of his publications, based on the results of which additional measures will be taken in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
