The suspects used rented apartments for their activities
Employees of the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic, in cooperation with law enforcement agencies of the First May District of Bishkek, conducted an operation to detain suspects involved in organizing and supporting prostitution through internet networks (webcam studios). This was reported by the press service of the GKNB.
According to the investigation, citizens of Kyrgyzstan known as "A.A.A.", "B.B.S.", "E.A.E." and "O.E.K." became the organizers of a network of webcam studios that operated both in Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan.
To disguise their illegal activities, the suspects rented apartments in various districts of Bishkek. During searches at the addresses of the detainees, webcams, lighting equipment, computer technology, as well as erotic costumes and other items intended for conducting explicit online broadcasts were seized.
The broadcasts were carried out on platforms providing webcam services, such as "Chaturbate (CB)", "Stripchat (strip)", and "BongaCams". The criminal proceeds were transferred to cryptocurrency wallets in the "Binance" system.
The investigation is ongoing.
