As reported by the press service of the Internal Affairs Department of the Pervomaisky District on January 22, a check at the house revealed disorder and an unpleasant smell. A neighbor reported that the head of the large family regularly consumes alcohol and causes scandals. As a result, a protocol was drawn up against him, and the man was placed in a temporary detention cell of the Internal Affairs Department.
The law enforcement officers also issued a warning to his wife, strongly urging her to maintain order in the house and take care of the minor children. At the moment, while the woman is following the police's instructions, the children are under the care of her father.
