The incident occurred on January 24 around 01:00, when law enforcement officers stopped a Lexus 570. Upon inspection, the driver exhibited clear signs of alcohol intoxication, such as the smell of alcohol and unstable vehicle control, which led to his referral to the drug rehabilitation center for a medical examination.
At the drug rehabilitation center, the fact of alcohol consumption was confirmed. However, before the examination began, the driver attempted to evade the procedure, trying several times to leave the facility, refusing to provide his documents, and concealing his identity. Nevertheless, law enforcement was able to establish his identity, and all necessary procedures were completed.
As a result of the inspection, a report on the offense was drawn up against the driver, and his vehicle was towed to an impound lot.
