Employees of the Patrol Police Department conducted a night raid and detained a driver who attracted attention due to his behavior on the road. This was reported by the press service of the Patrol Police Department on January 21.

During the stop of the vehicle, it was established that the driver lacked both a driver's license and documents for the vehicle. Additionally, there was a strong smell of alcohol emanating from him.

To clarify the circumstances, the man was taken to a narcological institution, where it was confirmed that he was driving under the influence of alcohol.

Upon identification, the detainee stated that he had never had any documents confirming his identity, and he had neither a birth certificate nor any other official papers. The man mentioned that he once had a Soviet passport, but he was unable to provide it on the spot.
