According to law enforcement agencies, on January 20, 2026, at 10:00 AM, a report was received at the duty station of the Internal Affairs Department of the Moscow district from the Center for General Medical Practice. It was reported that a 34-year-old citizen, S. Y., had died in an ambulance before reaching the hospital.
After receiving the information, an investigative operational group was dispatched to the scene.
During the investigation, it was found that the day before, on January 19, 2026, at 10:00 PM, the victim had an argument with acquaintances, P. I. and M. M. Later, he went to them, and upon returning home, he was in a state of intoxication and had bodily injuries.
As a result of the forensic medical examination, it was established that death occurred due to an open craniocerebral injury, a fracture of the frontal bone on the left, intracranial hemorrhage, and severe contusion of the brain.
Based on this data, a criminal case was initiated under Article 122 (Murder) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During operational activities, the police were able to identify the suspects — P. I. (born in 2001) and M. M. (born in 1985). They were detained in accordance with the procedure provided for in Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and placed in a temporary detention facility.
The investigation is ongoing.
