This second ranking tournament of 2023, named after Muhamet Malo, will take place from February 25 to March 1 in the capital of the country, Tirana.
The team includes 13 athletes representing Kyrgyzstan.

The head coach of the team has been appointed as Ulukbek Karacholokov, while the senior coach is Arsen Eraliyev. Ruslan Tsarev also works with the team as the senior coach for the U-23 category.
