According to information provided by the district sports school, the international festival-tournament, organized with the support of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, will take place from February 27 to 28, 2026. The event will feature the best wrestlers from around the world.
The team representing At-Bashu will include the following athletes:
- Abdyssakov Akimsha — under 45 kg category;
- Beyshenaliev Emir — under 60 kg category;
- Nurlanbekov Albert — over 96 kg category.
The coach of the guys, Toktomush uulu Zhanibek, emphasized the high level of preparation of his trainees. “These young people are a true pride of our village Kazybek. They already have experience of successful performances at republican tournaments, which secured them a place in the national team and participation in the international tournament. Currently, they are undergoing intensive training in Bishkek,” he noted.
