Uran Kalilov has started working with the Polish national team

The former coach of the Greco-Roman wrestling team of Kyrgyzstan, Uran Juzup uulu, has taken on a new position.

The specialist from Kyrgyzstan has joined the coaching staff of the Polish national team, where he will serve as a consultant.

In November 2024, Juzup uulu was appointed head coach of the Kyrgyzstan Greco-Roman wrestling team, but in September 2025, after the World Championship, he and his team resigned after winning one bronze medal.

Additionally, two other former coaches of the Kyrgyzstan Greco-Roman and freestyle wrestling teams, Azat Erkimbaev and Ruslan Madzhinov, are currently coaching the national team of Egypt.
