As of February 13, 2026, Mongolia is home to 166 centenarians, among whom the oldest is a 108-year-old resident.
According to the report, 92 centenarians live in the aimags, while 74 reside in the capital, including 128 women and 38 men.
The largest number of centenarians (18 people) is registered in Bayanzürkh, followed by the Khan-Uul district with 17 centenarians, the Övörkhangai aimag with 10, and the Bayan-Ölgii aimag with 7 centenarians.
