Among the accused are four individuals who directly participated in the terrorist act and have already confessed their guilt. The other defendants are charged with aiding terrorist activities or with the organization of the terrorist act itself.
The terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall, located in Krasnogorsk, occurred on March 22, 2024. As a result of the attack, when four men opened fire on people and set the building on fire, 149 people were killed, three went missing, and 609 were injured.
