In the mountainous regions of Khangai, Khubsugul, Khentii, and Zavkhan, temperatures are expected to drop to -15...-20°C. In the basins of the rivers Zag-Baidrag, Ider, Eg, Uur, Selenge, Tuul, Terelj, Kherlen, Onon, Ulz, as well as in the valley of the Khalkh River and the Darygansk steppe, temperatures will be between -13 and -18°C.
In the southwest of the Gobi region, the air temperature will fluctuate between 0 and 5°C, while in the Altai Mountains, the foothills of Khangai, and the southeastern parts of the Gobi region, it will range from -7 to -12°C.
