As of January 30, 2026, the system has included 2,072 drug names. A total of 80,459,621 packages have been put into circulation, of which 25,023,558 packages have already been withdrawn from circulation.
According to the order of the Ministry of Health dated December 15, 2025, a module for centralized monitoring and management of drug inventories was launched in pilot mode, aimed at simplifying accounting and improving its efficiency in medical institutions.
The pilot project provided operational visual representation of stocks, improved transparency in the movement and use of drugs, and allowed for timely identification of shortages and surpluses, which facilitates management decision-making.
The project is in an active implementation phase, and below are the interim results of the system testing at the time of this report.

According to the Department of Medicines, the overall interim coverage consists of 32 names and about 167,223 units of material values.
The registration and electronic document management module is being developed in four areas:
- medicines according to national procedures;
- medical devices according to national procedures;
- medicines according to EAEU procedures;
- medical devices according to EAEU procedures.
“Currently, two modules are being tested within the framework of the national procedure; the registration and document management module for medicines is in the final stage,” the report states.
Kyrgyzstan is implementing a phased digitalization of the drug and medical device circulation system. Currently, an electronic database is functioning, a drug tracking system has been implemented, and a mobile application called “Dary-Darmek” has been developed and launched, which is closely linked to the tracking system and the pricing module.
