On January 29, a meeting was held at the Ministry of Education, chaired by Minister Dogdurkul Kendirbaeva. It was attended by deputy ministers, as well as heads of subordinate organizations and representatives of donor structures.
During the meeting, the interim monitoring and analytical assessment of the implementation of 12-year education based on the results of the first half of the year were discussed.
As reported by the ministry, a comprehensive analysis is planned, based on data from surveys and observations, to assess the initial results of the implementation of 12-year education.
The minister emphasized that the interim and summary analyses will provide an objective understanding of the initial results of the reform, determine the effectiveness of the measures taken, and identify problematic areas and achievements necessary for adjusting the further implementation of 12-year education.
In addition, emphasis will be placed on analyzing data on teacher professional development, evaluating the practical application of subject standards and curricula, as well as the effectiveness of using electronic educational resources and digital platforms, such as the portals of the Kyrgyz Academy of Education and the Republican Institute for Advanced Studies of Educators.
Also, as part of the monitoring, an assessment will be conducted of the level of mastery by teachers of the automated information systems "Mugalim," "Kundoluk," and other digital solutions, as well as an analysis of the accuracy and relevance of the data entered into these systems for management decisions.
The agency noted that the interim monitoring will be carried out by the Department of Quality Education Development of the Ministry of Education.
