Deputy Minister of Education of Kyrgyzstan, Lira Samykbaeva, participated in a forum titled "Development of Digital Platforms and the Use of Artificial Intelligence in the Education System," which took place on January 16. The event was held in the Tyup district of the Issyk-Kul region and gathered over 300 educators.
In her speech, Lira Samykbaeva presented a report on "Education in Kyrgyzstan in the Era of Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence." She emphasized the creation of a unified digital ecosystem for the educational sector.
According to the deputy minister, the foundation of this ecosystem will consist of three key registries:
The Registry of Students; The Registry of Educators; The Registry of Educational Organizations. These registries will help concentrate all important information in one place, ensuring access for government bodies and increasing the transparency of educational processes.
Various aspects of the implementation of digital educational platforms, electronic journals, analytical systems, and the possibilities of applying artificial intelligence in the educational process were also discussed at the forum.
