In Ak-Muz, an event dedicated to the development of STEM education, encompassing science, technology, engineering, and mathematics, was held at the Boogachy Jakypbek uulu Secondary School.
The event was attended by Aydana Imanalieva, Deputy Plenipotentiary Representative of the President in the Naryn Region, Emilbek Abdykadyrov, head of the At-Bashinsky District State Administration, and Venera Murzalybekova, Deputy Akim. Chemistry, biology, physics, and computer science teachers from educational institutions in the district were also present.
The school was awarded a grant of 1 million 200 thousand soms to implement a project for the development of STEM disciplines. Of this amount, 1 million soms was allocated from the development fund, while the remaining 200 thousand soms was contributed by the ayil okmotu.
A specialized STEM class has been created at the educational institution, equipped with modern laboratory and practical tools for studying chemistry, biology, and physics, as well as resources for robotics.
According to the school administration, students now have the opportunity to independently design and program robots while completing practical tasks, enriching their educational experience.
