The Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan is focused on integrating digital technologies into the work of state and municipal institutions as part of its National Program until 2030.
According to the presented plans, a number of tools based on artificial intelligence will be developed in the country to help analyze draft regulatory legal acts (NLA). One of the key tasks will be the implementation of machine-readable law, which will allow for the identification of outdated, contradictory, or duplicative norms. A prototype module based on AI has already successfully passed testing and has been put into operation.
Moreover, the use of AI in the daily activities of ministries and agencies will significantly simplify the document analysis process.
To ensure open access to legislation, a digital legal portal has been created, which contains current laws and explanations in Kyrgyz, Russian, and English, including a mobile version for user convenience.
All government agencies have already fully transitioned to electronic data exchange through the "Tunduk" system, which improves interaction between departments.
