The Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic announced the development of a “Centralized System for Accounting and Registration of Breeding Farms and Artificial Insemination Points.” The system was created within the Veterinary Service, as well as for the development of livestock, pastures, and feed for farmers.
This system allows for online submission of applications for obtaining, confirming, and changing the status of breeding farms, as well as providing the issuance of relevant electronic certificates. Moreover, the system optimizes and automates business processes related to the evaluation of breeding farms.
Within the framework of the new system, a unified electronic register of breeding farms and artificial insemination points is maintained, ensuring the relevance and reliability of information, as well as its accessibility.
In addition, the automated information system contributes to creating favorable conditions for implementing measures aimed at improving the productive qualities of animals bred in the republic. It provides livestock breeders access to the services of artificial insemination points and breeding semen of various productivity directions.
Furthermore, the system forms a unified digital platform for breeding entities, promoting the introduction of modern digital solutions in the industry, thereby increasing its efficiency and competitiveness.
