The Government of Mongolia will update the National E-Services Registry next month
A detailed list of government electronic services, grouped by separate categories, will be compiled by next month.
Currently, the Registry created by the Agency for Regulation of Government Electronic Services includes 785 different services provided by 56 government agencies. Given the process of digitalization, there is a need to update the registry due to several factors, such as digitized services that were not included in the current list, as well as services planned for digitalization. Additionally, there have been changes in the names, types, and responsible parties for processing these services in accordance with current legislative norms.
The update of the registry aims to improve interaction between government institutions, eliminate duplication and discrepancies in data, as well as enhance the accessibility and efficiency of government services for citizens and legal entities, as reported by the government press service.
Currently, 451 services are available from 43 government institutions through 482 "HURDAN" kiosks, including 120 in the capital Ulaanbaatar and 362 in the regions. Furthermore, the Agency for Regulation of Government Electronic Services manages 596 service points "HURDAN" both domestically and abroad, including 144 in the capital, 405 in rural areas, and 47 in 31 foreign countries.
