At a recent parliamentary meeting, Dastan Bekeshev proposed expanding the rights of private medical institutions to issue certificates. He noted that there are long queues in state hospitals due to the large number of patients wishing to obtain the necessary documents.

“Currently, only state medical institutions are connected to the 'Tunduk' system, where all certificates are recorded. Private clinics do not have access to this system. To reduce the burden on state institutions, it is necessary to allow private clinics to issue such certificates,” the deputy emphasized.

Talant Amanov, a board member of JSC 'Tunduk', confirmed that work on this initiative is ongoing. “We are technically ready for integration. Your recommendation will be taken into account,” he added.

In addition, Dastan Bekeshev proposed creating a registry of people with disabilities in the 'Tunduk' system to improve the accessibility of public services for this group. “People with disabilities face serious difficulties when undergoing biometric identification when they approach banks or try to use mobile applications. I ask for help in resolving this issue as well,” he concluded.
