Dastan Bekeshev, a deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh, reacted to the infamous statement by Solovyov, who expressed the idea of possible military intervention in the affairs of Armenia and Central Asian countries during a broadcast on a state television channel, in order to keep them within the framework of Russia's "sphere of influence."

"I did not watch this broadcast, but I familiarized myself with its content. I believe that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan should summon the Russian ambassador and express its position: it is necessary to deliver a note and possibly declare Solovyov a persona non grata. A person with such views should not be allowed into our country," emphasized Bekeshev.

It is also worth noting that earlier, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia summoned the Russian ambassador in the country, Sergey Kopyrkin, and handed him a note of protest expressing deep dissatisfaction with the statements made during the broadcast on the state television channel. The Armenian side emphasized that such statements do not correspond to the spirit of friendship between Moscow and Yerevan.
