The Ministry plans to carry out a comprehensive analysis based on survey data and observations to determine the outcomes of the reform.
According to Dogdurkul Kendirbaeva, the Minister of Education, this interim and summary analysis will help form an objective understanding of the initial results of the reform's implementation, assess the effectiveness of the measures taken, and identify problematic aspects and directions for adjusting future stages of the transition to 12-year education.

Particular attention will be paid to analyzing the professional development of teachers, evaluating the application of subject standards and curricula, as well as the effectiveness of using electronic educational resources and digital platforms, including the portals of the Kyrgyz Academy of Education and the Republican Institute for Advanced Training and Retraining of Educators, as well as the resource "Okuu kitibi".
The monitoring will also allow for the assessment of teachers' proficiency in automated information systems, such as "Mugalim," "Kundoluk," and other digital solutions, as well as to check the accuracy, relevance, and completeness of the data entered into these systems and used for management decision-making.
The interim monitoring will be conducted by the Department of Quality Education Development of the Ministry of Education.
It is worth noting that Kyrgyzstan is undergoing a phased transition to 12-year education. In the 2025/2026 academic year, students in the 1st, 2nd, 5th, and 7th grades will switch to the new program.
In 2026, over one billion soms will be allocated for the reform of the education system, similar funds were allocated in 2025 as well.
